This year’s Expo will be in a hybrid format combining an in-person event on the Gold Coast on 8 – 9 February, supported by a comprehensive online component from 1 – 28 February. An approach that opens the Expo experience up to more people than ever before.

MEMBER ENTITLEMENTS

All IHG members are entitled to 2 x Full Registrations per bannered store, inclusive of day/night access to the two-day Expo sessions and return airport transfers from Gold Coast Airport.

  • Your two (2) inclusive full registrations must be booked at the same time via the above link
  • Password access for the registration link has been provided in your initial communication from IHG

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TICKETS

Over and above member registration entitlements, we offer all IHG members additional tickets to purchase at the following rates:

  • Full Registration – $400+GST
  • Business Session – FREE OF CHARGE
  • Trade Show Only Pass – FREE OF CHARGE
  • Independence Dinner – $200+GST
  • Awards of Excellence Dinner – $250+GST
  • Kids Club – $200+GST
  • Virtual Only pass – FREE OF CHARGE

These can be purchased via the above registration link. All ‘free of charge’ ticket types must still be booked via the registration system in order for the delegate to have permitted access to the in-person and/or online event.

NOTE: Virtual passes are only required for those participating in the online event only. All in-person registrations will have the option at the time of booking to duplicate their registration for virtual platform access i.e. you DO NOT need to register twice.

ACCOMMODATION

A range of options are available for members to purchase at competitive rates – a choice of 8 hotel and apartment–style options are available. But you’ll need to get in quick as accommodation is secured on a first in, first served basis.
